Golf Operation:
We will hire the most qualified General Manager and Head Golf Professional to direct onsite operations. Next, we will establish appropriate duties and responsibilities for all inside golf shop and outside guest services staff to make our customers’ experiences truly special.

Food & Beverage Operation:
We will hire a Premiere Chef to insure whether it is from the snack bar, the banquet hall, or fine dining the first class cuisine will add to the wonderful experience people will have at the property.

Agronomic Operation:
We will hire a superintendent that will produce and maintain the best conditions in golf. We will ensure that all grounds and maintenance employees are properly trained and supervised in the safe operation of golf course equipment, and maintain all fertilizers, chemicals, and records in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Policies and Procedures:
Facility Operation guides and employee manuals are established for all departments. Operation guides provide staff with consistent operational procedures and policies which to follow. Proper dissemination to and training of employees ensure their understanding of what is expected, how they will be evaluated and how they can succeed.

Retail Merchandising:
The finest and latest available golf shop merchandise is inventoried and displayed for sale at competitive prices to our customers. Through our Point of Sale system the inventory is closely monitored to ensure proper quantities of items are always on hand and ready to be sold.

Buying Program:
We will use our buying power in the golf industry to secure cost effective leases and or purchases for golf carts, maintenance equipment, POS System, GPS System, and all food and beverage needs.

Professional Instruction:
Our PGA professionals provide golf instructional programs that increase enjoyment of the game for everyone.

Capital Improvements:
Donovan Bros. Golf recommends capital improvement programs to address any problem issues, capitalize on market opportunities and improve the enjoyment and playability of our facilities.

Annual Business Planning:
We will develop an annual business plan for each facility that maximizes financial performance. The business plan serves as a guide for facility operations throughout the year giving the manager and owner the ability to adjust business tasks accordingly to reach the set goal.
